Details: Cheetah & Neon Orange Accents...
If you've heard of Wendy from Wendy's Lookbook...this is one of the ensembles she wore while at NYFW. Not only is she super sweet in her video's/blog but she is also sweet in person. I was also excited because I got to meet the man behind the camera which everyone seems to want to know/see.
Details: Strolling Around With A Stroller...
After what seemed like an hour (but actually was 15 minutes) of shooting every single breath of air Natasha Goldenberg took, her driver/bodyguard gets out of the car and asks all
Details: My Friend Karl...
If you've been following this site for a while now you would know that Karl Edwin Guerre and myself get along pretty well. It's always a pleasure meeting up with him during Fashion Week and conversing about our point of views on different subject matters, discussing street style, and exchanging daily show schedules. I think what truly makes Karl so cool is his laid-back and approachable personality. I always look forward to catching up with Karl during Fashion Week.

Details: A Beanie Story Pt. 1...
Ladies & Gents...I kid you not when I tell you that I have NEVER seen as many beanies in my life as I saw throughout fashion week worn by all the editors.
Beanies of all shapes and sizes.
Beanies with odd designs or colors.
Long beanies and tiny ones.
Beanies a bit too thin and beanies a bit too thick.
Simple beanies and complex beanies.
In fact at one point in the week I was following the same trend by actually wearing a beanie on my head and wrapping a beanie around my camera to protect it from the snow! With all of this said...it's only right that I create a story around the beanies at NYFW.
Details: Reunited Friends...
While fashion week is technically a week full of work for editors, it is also a week full of friends. Specifically reuniting with friends. A lot of hugging, smiling, and and catching up happens at fashion week between the shows. So much joy in one week is truly a great thing to see and be a part of.
#NYFWFallWinter2013 Is Over...
It seemed like the weeks leading up to this past NYFW dragged on for forever. Finally, the week arrived and started with me being at Lincoln Center for the BCBG Max Azria show and outside Lincoln Center afterwards to catch all the cool kids entering and leaving the shows. The following day a HUGE unforeseen blizzard from Jupiter called "Nemo" happens and I'm still outside in the middle of that sh*t sucking it up for the sake of some street style pictures. Fashion Week doesn't simply put itself on pause due to some Day After Tomorrow type blizzard. The day after the blizzard...somehow miraculously the weather was perfect. The days that followed through to the end of fashion week were all perfect and I got some serious street stylez for you all!
This season wasn't like the rest (in the past) in the sense that the best ensembles stood out clearly over the ocean of black worn by most editors. Almost as though some Fashion Illuminati got together and decided black was going to be the color of the season. In any case, if you were in attendance this season at NYFW then I'm sure you had fun and if you were not...hopefully you enjoyed the week regardless and will enjoy my pictures of the week as well.
