All About The Silhouette; A Man In A Skirt...

Photobucket

Notice the silhouette. A man with a long skirt? Clearly this man makes it look extremely appealing and good looking. Hmmmmmm? Maybe a new trend which I will be seeing more of in the future?

POP Of Orange...

The Head Piece Otherwise Known As A Hat...

Photobucket Photobucket

Speaking of BALLS...oh, you weren't talking about balls? Awkward! No, but seriously...this woman has some serious balls for wearing this hat. I admire her for it and it looks absolutely stunning. She makes me almost want to wear the hat...that's how well she rocks it. Of course a lot of confidence is needed to wear it and once again...props to her for wearing it. I love it and that's final.

We Match Our Glasses...

Photobucket

Wait...which glasses? The wine glasses or the SUNglasses? OR both? Hmmmmmmm?

I'm A Stalker...

Photobucket Photobucket Photobucket

I am probably the WORST stalker in the world. Literally. This is bad...just bad. I have to stop it, but I can't especially when it has to do with an interestingly dressed person walking the street. Notice this mans subtle details: the backpack, the sneakers, the color combination/contrast between the green sweater and orange backpack. Sometimes it's not necessarily the WHOLE ensemble that must look perfect, but as long as there are some crucial details in an ensemble...it's worthy of a compliment.

Distorted Stripes...

Photobucket

I love the distorted striped shirt! It's literally what caught my attention. On the other hand, while I was talking to this woman I could not stop staring at her tattoo on her chest. I was piecing the whole tattoo together in my head. Oh, and did I mention she has a piercing at the exact center of her bee's nest? Yeah...she's badass and doesn't give a f*ck and I like it. So far it's working for her.

Boston Fashion Week Day #2(Teaser)...

What you are looking at is the ultra chic shoe of the woman sitting next to me front row at the Emily Muller fashion show(more on this show later). Take some time to admire this shoe...all done? Now take some more time to admire this shoe...

Boston Fashion Week 2011 Day #2...

Photobucket

This is NOT the only picture I took at Boston Fashion Week Day #2(last Saturday). I have TOO many to post in the following week or two. This picture is strictly here to tease you all for the posts to come...

Already Relaxing...

Photobucket Photobucket Photobucket

I am absolutely in love with her totally calm attitude. She is one very relaxed person...or at least her style/music resembles that lifestyle.

GO ITALY!...

Photobucket Photobucket

It is simply pure coincidence that this couple happens to be coordinating their ensembles to look like the Italian flag. I love it and it certainly works for them...both as a couple and individually. By the way...these are the TRUE guidos...not the cast of Jersey Shore. Just kidding!

Complimentary Ensembles...

Photobucket

I love how these two are wearing ensembles which compliment each others looks. It's almost like a Ying-Yang where you need both halves to make the whole. Also notice how they could almost pass for two badass, rebellious, I-don't-give-a-flying-f*ck type of girls with their style. Notice the girl on the right tattoos on her feet. I am going to assume one foot says LOVE and the other HATE. They look absolutely gorgeous and that's final.

Some Good Old Friends...

Photobucket
Not old in the sense that they're old due to their age. They're old friends because I've met them before. Do you get it now? Sean and Justin always look good! They are flawless when it comes to dressing themselves and they do the whole preppy look really well. I feel so lucky I spotted them both on their way to the Copley Fashion Show as I was leaving the first show because if I hadn't spotted them...I would've missed this terrific shot!

Subtle Checkers...

She Changed For Me!...

Photobucket
I give these two women props because not only were they super cool and relaxed about me taking a picture of them BUT the one on the left even changed for me! After asking them for a picture and both mutually agreeing to it...the one on the left was wearing a rain jacket for utilitarian purposes and she asked me to wait a second while she took it off and put on her brown cardigan which she is wearing in the picture. I think that goes as one of the coolest things someone has done for me when I asked for a picture. AND while she was changing into her cardigan...I was complimenting both their styles. So not only do I compliment people by asking for their picture for a fashion blog BUT I also compliment them while shooting them. That's how nice/good I am.

All Saints Spitalfields...

Photobucket
I'm pretty sure I have shot every single male employee at All Saints. Literally. If I haven't...then I must be missing no more than a couple. I can't help it...their style is impeccable. I mean...I guess their job requires that they dress amazingly well BUT I still love the way they dress. It's totally rebellious and badass and I envy their style. BOOM! I said it. I envy their style. The best part is that they completely rock everything they wear and they do it effortlessly. While other people are stressing about what to wear and how to wear it...these dudes just wear whatever the f*ck they want to wear and they make it look good one way or another.

CHIC...

Photobucket

I saw these two women at Boston's FNO walking down Newbury and the instant I saw them, I dropped everything and my focus was set on taking their picture. At first they were resistant to me taking their picture BUT in my mind I was thinking, "Oh hell no! I am getting my picture of you two whether you like it or not! There is no way I am passing up the shot of the chic-est women I have witnessed all night. You better say YES!" OK...so I wasn't really thinking those thoughts BUT I might as well could have been. Luckily they agreed after some persuading/ assuring them I was pretty LEGIT.

Patterns Make Things Interesting...

A Pocket Square Means Business...

Photobucket

It's always the tiny details that can make a look go a long way. Take this mans pocket square for instance(like you didn't know I was going to choose it as an example)...you subtract it from the ensemble and the look is very plain and from a fashion perspective he doesn't know how to dress well. When the pocket square is added, he now stands out from the crowd and looks way more elegant. Gentlemen, please wear a pocket square...always!

Fashion's Night Out here in Boston was terrific! It is certainly a night I will remember for some time. I enjoyed the Copley fashion show(as you can see) and some of Copley's store events. I must thank the wonderful Kristen for reserving me and a few others some seats at Copley for the fashion show. I was lucky enough to be a part of the planning of the Boston bloggers FNOCrawl get-together plan that Kristen and the lovely blogging ladies at Boston Day Book and myself came up with. After the fashion show and stopping by some other Copley events...I met up with my Boston blogger friends at Zara for a wonderful time full of music and fashion and drinks. From Zara I went to several other events which were pretty fun including going to Christina Pierce's exclusive showroom/meet-the-designers event which was AMAZING but I will be dedicating a separate post for that. Fashion's Night Out was like living in a fantasy world that I wish never ended. For those of you who don't know...night time happens to be my favorite part of the day. SO when I go to Boston for a night where mostly everyone is dressed fashionably and the night is dedicated to fashion...it's my perfect scenario.

I See You From Across The Street...

Photobucket
By the way...try to ignore my creepy and stalker-like title...

I saw this woman across the street and I simply found her ensemble a bit interesting. What first caught my attention were her boots. SO...I took her picture simply based on me finding her boots interesting. I then figured out that her ensemble is a bit strange but somehow I find it kind of cool. She's pretty much saying, "F*ck you fashion! I wear what I want to wear and I will make it look good one way or another!"

Hi, I'm A Hipster...

Photobucket

I don't know if this kid is a hipster or not. I am simply making things up to make this blog a little bit more interesting. My real question is: why is he holding two Gatorade's? If you haven't caught on to the hidden message/purpose of this post....I will reveal it to you in one word. Recycle. For example: If you happen to have any designer labels which you wont wear OR are tired of...just think of me as your recycle bin.

Fashion's Night Out Boston.......who is going???

Two Adorable Little Girls At StyleWeek...

Photobucket

These had to be the two cutest girls in the world! They were super attentive to all of the models and they made sure to capture every single one with their parents cell phones. They also compared their pictures with each other and talked about what the models were wearing. I feel like these two are growing up to be great fashionista's!

My First Encounter With A Store Designer...

(Store designer is in the first picture from the top. The second man also assisted in the design of the store)
His hard work sure paid off. Without a doubt. If you ever have the chance to stop by the UGG Australia store on Newbury Street you will quickly find yourself falling in love with its design. I know I marveled at the design of the store ALL evening at the UGG Australia store opening.
